Hangzhou Asian Games 2023 — the World's Largest Transparent LED Mesh
As designated LED supplier for the opening ceremony, we delivered the world's largest transparent LED mesh: 185 m long, 20 m high, ~6,000 m² — nine IMAX screens side by side — plus a 5,000+ m² P3 floor screen assembled from nearly 14,000 modules. Our engineers solved wind-load behavior (repositioning the mesh away from the stadium's ventilation gap), developed 22,000 patented waterproof floor covers, and fused aerial mesh with floor imagery through custom video processing. Ceremonies depicted 45 nations' landmarks over a digital Qiantang River tidal bore.
Bird's Nest 2019 — Guinness World Record 3D Matrix
At the Asian Culture Carnival in Beijing's Bird's Nest, our three-dimensional LED matrix set a Guinness World Record as the largest of its kind: 74.53 m span, 19.29 m depth, 15.22 m height, 395,200 pixel points, each rendering 360°. Every cable and lamp used V-0 flame-retardant materials.
CCTV Spring Festival Gala — 10,000 m² Stage Mesh
For the 2020 Gala we built both the Beijing main stage (3D matrix + LED) and the Zhengzhou stage's 10,000 m² semi-transparent mesh — movable in all directions to compose 3D imagery of the Yellow River.
Dubai Expo 2021 — Three National Pavilions
Kuwait, Poland and Malaysia pavilions in one expo: outdoor transparent screens (P10.4, 540 m²), dual-sided string displays, indoor fine-pitch modules and creative mesh — three different design languages, one delivery team.
