The conditions that apply when you use luminatii-led.com or send us a project enquiry. Project supply is governed by the contract you sign with us.
Last updated: 6 November 2026. These terms cover the use of this website. Manufacturing, delivery and warranty for a specific project are governed by the signed sales contract, technical annex and pro forma invoice for that project, which prevail over anything on this page.
This website is operated by Luminatii Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in China with its main office in Shenzhen, Guangdong. By browsing the site, downloading material or sending an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms are written for business users — venue owners, operators, integrators, contractors and consultants. They do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or procuring our products. You agree not to:
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Product pages, technical articles, project case studies and images are provided for general information. They describe our capability and the way we typically engineer a project; they are not a technical specification for your site and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
Figures such as diameter ranges, pixel pitch, brightness, weight per square metre and delivered project dimensions reflect projects we have delivered, but every dome is engineered to its own structure, sightlines, content and climate. Final values are fixed only in the signed technical annex for your project. Where a page describes a project that is still under construction, we say so; do not treat such a project as a completed reference without confirming with us.
Sending the contact form or an email starts a conversation, not a contract. We answer with feasibility questions first, because a dome cannot be quoted responsibly from a diameter alone.
Please check that the information you send us is accurate. Site dimensions, floor levels, access routes and lifting constraints directly affect the engineering, and changes after the drawings are approved usually change the price and the schedule.
An order becomes binding when both parties have signed a sales contract (or when we have issued a pro forma invoice that you have paid in accordance with its terms). The contract sets out, at minimum: scope and technical annex, price and payment schedule, delivery terms (Incoterms), lead time, inspection and acceptance, warranty period and after-sales arrangements.
Nothing on this website varies those terms. If this page and the contract conflict, the contract prevails.
The text, layout, photographs, videos, diagrams and downloadable documents on this site are owned by Luminatii or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the source page. Republishing a full article, using our project photos in your own marketing, or using our name to imply a partnership that does not exist is not permitted without written consent.
Project photographs may show venues, artwork or content owned by our clients or their content suppliers. Those elements remain the property of their owners.
Technical drawings, structural calculations and content-mapping files prepared for your project are licensed to you for that project on the terms of the contract.
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure is current for your project.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability for a supplied product is governed by the warranty and liability clauses of the project contract, not by this page.
Project information you share with us — venue plans, schedules, budgets, ride or content suppliers, tender documents — is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver your project. We do not publish client names or project details without permission; where a case study names a venue, permission has been obtained or the venue is already public.
The site links to external resources such as our YouTube channel, certification bodies and industry publications. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The version published here at the time of your visit applies. Changes do not affect rights and obligations already fixed in a signed contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent People's Court in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Where a signed contract contains its own dispute-resolution clause (for example arbitration), that clause applies instead.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
