Certificates, patents and laboratory reports behind every Luminatii LED dome and spherical display — the documents your tender committee will ask for, published openly.
Most LED dome inquiries stall at the same place: the purchasing committee asks for certificates, the certificates are "available on request", and three weeks disappear. This page puts ours online — the same scans we submit with tender documents, with certificate numbers, standards and validity dates.
Luminatii Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise based in Shenzhen with production in Huizhou, Guangdong. The same LED dome screen and spherical LED display product lines described across this site are certified for the European Union, the United States and China, and our factory management systems are audited annually. Reports are issued by CNAS and A2LA accredited laboratories — the accreditation bodies that European and North American project tenders recognize.

Why both CE directives matter: EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) proves the screen neither emits nor suffers interference, while LVD (low voltage directive) proves electrical safety under IEC 62368-1 — the standard that replaced IEC 60950 and IEC 60065 and is now the acceptance criterion in most EU dome tenders. FCC Part 15 covers emissions for the United States, and UL/IEC 62368-1 is the North American safety counterpart. Together they cover the legal market-access requirements for a LED dome screen sold into the EU, the US and China.

For a dome project these three systems map directly onto site risk. ISO 9001 governs how a module batch is traced from incoming LEDs through aging tests to packing. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are increasingly required by public tenders and by attraction operators who must show their own auditors that contractors work to controlled environmental and safety procedures — relevant when the work includes steel welding, work at height and lift operations inside an operating venue.
A spherical LED screen cannot be built from flat-module know-how. The company holds more than 70 invention and utility model patents plus 6 software copyrights, concentrated in intelligent control, data processing and system optimization for LED displays, and supports them with a research staff of over 50 engineers.
Three of the published patents relate directly to the delivered dome projects described on this site:
| Patent / application | Number | What it addresses |
|---|---|---|
| Utility model (application no.) | 202522090593.1 | Curved-surface splicing and mechanical stability for very large domes — the key patent applied on the 60 m Kongtong Island project |
| Invention (granted publication) | CN119152803A | Control method and system for outdoor LED displays |
| Invention (granted publication) | CN119383406B | Protection-oriented control method and system for LED displays |
Full copies of patent documents can be provided for tender pre-qualification. For other patents in the portfolio, ask — we publish numbers only where they are tied to a described delivery.
Tender committees rarely ask for just one document. A typical LED dome screen tender asks for all of the following at once, and we package them together:
Everything on this page is the same set we submit with real tenders. If your committee needs a document that is not shown here, ask us directly — if it exists we send it, and if it does not exist we say so instead of issuing a substitute.
Certificates are necessary but not sufficient. A CE mark proves that one tested model passed one laboratory run; it does not prove that the 22 m dome you ordered will be assembled correctly above your audience. That gap is closed by process and by traceability, which is what the management-system certificates and the delivery record are for.
On delivered projects, the chain is documented end to end: incoming materials are inspected and sampled, welding consumables go through witnessed sampling, welds pass non-destructive testing, modules run aging tests before packing, and the finished dome is calibrated on site to the uniformity and chromaticity targets published in the technical FAQ. The engineering team page describes who signs off each step and what we do when a claim cannot be supported by records.
When you compare suppliers, ask each of them the same three questions: which exact model the product certificate was tested on, who accredited the laboratory, and whether the site welds were inspected by a third party. The answers separate factories from trading companies faster than any brochure.

Product certificates cover CE (both the EMC and LVD directives), FCC Part 15 for the United States, IEC/UL 62368-1, CCC and RoHS. Management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Product test reports are issued by CNAS and A2LA accredited laboratories, which is the evidence chain European and North American tender committees normally require.
The CE, FCC and UL reports were tested on our 4.1 m LED dome screen at P2, with additional models covering P1.8 to P4. The RoHS conformity covers LED screen models from P1.675 to P500. If your tender specifies a different test model, ask us and we will confirm what documentation is available for it.
Yes. Every certificate shown on this page can be requested as a full-size scan, and the FCC and IEC/UL 62368-1 test reports (report numbers CTC145K0601301FR and CTC145K0601303SR) are available for review. Email enquiries@luminatii.com or use the contact form and the documents are sent within one business day.
The company holds more than 70 invention and utility model patents plus 6 software copyrights, concentrated in intelligent control, data processing and system optimization for LED displays. Delivery projects such as the 60 m Kongtong Island dome rely on specific granted patents, for example utility model application 202522090593.1 for curved-surface splicing and structural stability.
